Bodybuilding.com is the largest resource of bodybuilding information I know of. This is by far the biggest and most active site. Although not a "Natural" site, the quality of information is excellent and applicable to natural bodybuilders.

The "Protein Kings" Beverly International has consistently developed the highest quality. scientifically backed supplements in the world. Another site so full of information I have not covered everything in the last three years of going there. The personalized service is the best,  and their staff displays the highest degree of knowledge.

AST is another cutting edge site, with all information solidly backed by science. It has produced many Team Universe champions to include Skip Lacour. The Max-OT training and cardio methods are some of the best I have followed. Their products are high quality and there whey protein is the best on the market.

Dr. Joe is the diet and peaking guru of Natural Bodybuilding. His clients are consistently among the best in every show they enter. He has worked with many WNBF pro's and has produced more natural bodybuilding champions then anyone I know.

Cathy Savage is to fitness and figure competition as Joe Weider is to bodybuilding. Cathy's fitness camps are the most popular of there type. It is not uncommon for fitness and figure competitors to travel across the country to work with Cathy before there events.

Testosterone mag, or T-mag for short, has been a site of cutting edge information for several years. Some of the best names in the fitness industry contribute to the content of the site.

The Natural Physique Association, or NPA, is a small but highly competitive federation. The shows are well run and Harry Salis, the president, really goes out of his way to run a high quality show.

Ahmed Elattar, or BIG ACH, is an OCB champion and a future pro. His physique is reminiscent of a young Arnold. This kid has a  wonderful future as a highly competitive national and pro bodybuilder.

Diesel Dog gym wear has a full line of  fitness apparel. The Get Diesel site also covers fitness needs, related products, events and has a ton of great information.

East Coast Sports Nutrition is a full line resource for all your supplement needs. The site includes a bodybuilding profile section, articles and they are also the sponsors of the OCB Yankee Classic held every July in Newberryport MA

Bill Lawrence is a former ANBC National Champion and a finalist in the 2004 Team Universe. His site is dedicated to assisting those having trouble with traditional weight loss methods, and has a extremely high rate of success.

Alissa Carpio is a certified personal trainer and fitness/figure Champion. Her website is dedicated to the fitness lifestyle.

IFSB Ms. Fitness is one of the largest fitness federations in the world. Each year their National and World Championships in Las Vegas are packed with the worlds best fitness athletes.

Cape Cod Nutrition Corner is the largest whole sale supplement discounter in south east MA. The owner, James Carron is a National caliber Champion bodybuilder and the promoter of the OCB Cape Cod Natural and IFPA Pro show. Check out his mail order prices, I am sure they are some of the best on the net.

The Granite State Open is New Hampshires premier bodybuilding event for over a decade. Promter Laura Turtleot produces a high quality even and her show is a NGA National qualifyer. I have been involved with this show for over six years as either a competitor or judge because of its high standards.

Layne Norton is as close to a natural bodybuilding guru that you can get. His site is one of the most informative on the net, and I have use his principles to peak perfectly at the 2005 Yorton Cup. He contributes on many web sites and is a consultant to several top supplement companies.

One of the most down to earth and beautiful women on the figure seen today is Jelana Djordjevic. It has been my pleasure to work with Jelena this past year as she worked toward her IFBB pro card. She just missed at the Team Universe, but next year should be her year.
